Where do I place an order?

How do I choose between band formats?
Start with the movement and setup. Fabric loops, open flat bands and bar-based systems have different roles. Our choosing guide compares them in detail.
Does a cable attachment include a machine?
No. Handles and ankle cuffs are accessories for suitable equipment. Check the product contents and connection requirements before ordering.
What does “Price checked” mean?
The displayed amount is a previously checked price for the selected option. The final price, availability, delivery and any promotions are confirmed in the purchase tab.
Where can I check an order or start a return?
Open the order in the account used to buy it. The order page shows the available delivery, seller-contact and return options.
