Delivery and returns.

Delivery estimates, charges and return terms are confirmed by the retail partner when you place your order. Check them for your location and exact selected option before completing the purchase.

Before ordering

1. Open the exact product from its purchase button.
2. Confirm the color, set contents and final price in the purchase tab.
3. Check the delivery address, estimated arrival and seller’s current order terms.

Tracking a delivery

Open the order in the account used at checkout. Its order details are the place to find dispatch and delivery updates. If the package has not arrived or the tracking needs clarification, use the contact options attached to that order.

Requesting a return

Review the return options shown on your order. Eligibility, time limits, packaging instructions and any return charges depend on the actual purchase terms. Follow the instructions there before sending equipment back.

Damaged or incorrect equipment

Do not use equipment that appears damaged. Keep the packaging and order details, and contact the seller through the order’s available support options. Describe the product and the issue clearly.
