A closer look
The black configuration has a padded wrap and an adjustable closure. Look closely at the fitting photograph: the cuff is placed above the shoe, with the fastening secured before the cable is loaded. Choose your setup from the supplied instructions and the requirements of the machine.
The padded wrap fastens around the ankle with a hook-and-loop strap. The D-rings then provide the attachment point for a compatible cable connector. Fit and secure the cuff first, check the ring alignment, and begin with a light setup so you can confirm that it remains in position. The cuff should not need constant tightening during a set. If it slips, twists or causes discomfort, stop and reassess the fit and exercise setup. The padding offers a contact surface; it does not make an unsuitable attachment or an excessive load appropriate.
Make it work for you
These cuffs do not include resistance tubes or a cable machine. Their purpose is to connect an ankle to a compatible external resistance system. A supported standing movement can involve the cuff, cable and machine together, with each part fitted according to its own instructions.
Check the strap, seams, padding and rings before each session. Keep the fastening free of material that prevents it from closing properly. After use, allow the cuff to dry before storage and follow the supplied care instructions. Do not use a damaged cuff or improvise a repair with another piece of the kit.
Check the selected option in the purchase tab before placing your order.
Read the instructions supplied with this exact product. Check the material, seams, fastenings and any connecting hardware. Try the intended setup with little or no resistance before building it into a routine.
For storage and inspection, visit our equipment care guide. To compare the roles of different formats, start with choosing resistance bands.
No. The selected product is a pair of cable ankle cuffs. Compatible resistance equipment is separate.
Secure it so it remains in place without uncomfortable pressure. Stop and adjust if it twists, slips or causes discomfort.
Check the connection. The clip must close completely and align properly with the rings; universal fit is not promised.
No. A cuff is a connection to external resistance. A fabric loop creates its own resistance around the legs.
