A closer look
The blue gallery shows the band width and the level markings alongside the included bag and guide. Those markings describe the nominal resistance ranges. They are useful for identifying the bands, but they should not be read as constant forces or fixed lifting loads.
An open flat band gives you several ways to position your hands. That makes the available length part of the exercise: gripping closer to the working section reduces the free length and can make the same movement feel harder. Choose a position that lets you finish the intended range without pulling your body out of alignment. The set’s three levels offer another way to change the challenge. Try a lighter band when learning a new movement, and keep the return controlled rather than allowing the material to recoil. The selected five-foot length is the unstretched product size, not a statement about how far it can safely be stretched.
Make it work for you
A bag with three bands is easy to put away between sessions. Keeping the levels together also helps you choose deliberately: one movement may call for a different band than the next. A color system is useful within the set, but it does not establish an equivalent level in another brand or band format.
Inspect the entire working length for cuts, thinning or other damage before use. Keep flat bands away from sharp edges, and avoid tying them to household fittings or adding clips not intended for the design. Follow the instructions supplied with the set for cleaning, storage and allowed setups.
Check the selected option in the purchase tab before placing your order.
Read the instructions supplied with this exact product. Check the material, seams, fastenings and any connecting hardware. Try the intended setup with little or no resistance before building it into a routine.

No. They are open flat bands with two free ends.
Do not improvise a clip connection to a flat band. Choose exercises and accessories permitted by the supplied instructions.
Choose a level for the movement. Your arm exercise and a lower-body movement may require different levels.
No. Elastic resistance changes as the band stretches. Printed levels help identify the band rather than describing a constant weight.
